Project Management
- Develop advanced resource and cost loaded project plans to enable real time what-if scenario planning
- Lead dynamic, diverse teams to coordinate the design, development, and delivery of various software solutions via both waterfall and agile project methodologies
- Engage upper level management to determine and communicate target deliverable dates and then provide weekly status reports to coordinate multiple project deployments
- Create and manage detailed project timelines with major milestones and facilitate project risk escalation and resolution
Business Process Design
- Manage high priority initiatives to determine and analyze operational business processes and identify areas of improvement
- Develop business-process flow diagrams with a focus on organizational transitions and system requirements
- Identify and roll out consistent definitions and procedures across multiple organizations
- Facilitate multiple design and alignment workshops
Software Selection
- Manage the evaluation and selection of new Information Technology systems to support efficient business operations
- Document the design of business processes and the gathering of business requirements from each operational unit
- Assist in creating Request for Proposals (RFPs), vendor demo scripts, reference call materials, vendor scoring summaries and final recommendation documentation
Document Management
- Enhance document management systems to enable real-time, record accessibility from any location
- Lead a current state business assessment and create a detailed document indexing strategy that will support the future of the business
- Evaluate document management software and develop a customized and streamlined solution to scan in physical records
