Our Project Management System is a proven management style for project success.
- 97% (68 out of 70) of Infinity's managed projects in the past (10) years have met or exceeded the online date specified during AFE funding. (The other two projects were 3 days, and 5 days late).
- 96% (67 out of 70) of the Infinity's managed projects in the past (10) years have come in under the projects AFE (all overages were within 10% of the AFE and were caused by approved scope additions).
- 100% of Infinity's managed projects met the Clients Specifications and all State, National and Regulatory requirements.
